Title: Avro Manchester

The Avro Manchester was a twin engined bomber built to an RAF specification for a new generation of twin-engined medium bombers. Unfortunately the Rolls-Royce Vulture engine used had been rushed into production and proved extremely unreliable. About 200 examples of the Manchester were built and all were withdrawn by 1942.

This title includes the flight manual (titled Pilot’s Notes ) and the Maintenance Manual (titled AP – Volume One) for the Avro Manchester, along with the Aircraft Profile for the Manchester. The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.
