DOUGLAS BTD-1 DESTROYER

$9.95

Title: NAVAL-TB2

The Douglas BTD-1 was designed as a replacement for the Douglas SBD Dauntless and first flew in 1943. It was the first US Navy aircraft to feature a tricycle undercarriage. With the development of the AD Skyraider proceeding, production was cancelled at WW2’s end with only 28 examples having been built, none of which saw active service.

To maximise value, this title contains flight manuals on the BTD-1 plus one other US Naval attack/torpedo aircraft, the TBY-2.

The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.
