Title: Martin P4M Mercator

The Martin P4M was designed as a maritime reconnaissance aircraft intended to replace the PB4Y-2, and first flew in 1946. However the aircraft lost out to the  Lockheed P2V Neptune, but 19 were ordered as high-speed minelayers. After brief service in this role, most aircraft were converted to electronic reconnaissance aircraft. They continued in this very secret role until their retirment in 1960.

This title contains the flight manual and the maintenance manual for the Martin P4M Mercator. The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.
