Titles: North American T-39 Sabreliner No’s 1 to 3

Designed originally to a USAF specification for a combat readiness trainer the T-39 first flew in 1958. Three variants entered USAF service, the T-39A combat readiness trainer and utility transport, and the T-39B and T-39F radar trainer aircraft. The T-39D variant was a US Navy radar trainer and the CT-39E/G were utility transports for the same service.

A large number of the civil version of the T-39, the Sabreliner, saw service as civil executive transports. Later civil models were more extensively developed than the military model including a taller cabin and turbofan engines, and for some models, a new supercritical wing

We offer two titles containing flight manuals for most variants of the T-39 Sabreliner and one title covering the civil Sabreliner. Each title is US$9.95. The first T-39 title covers USAF variants and the second T-39 title covers US Navy variants. The Sabreliner title includes a pilot’s manual for the later model 75A and a nice brochure on the earlier versions. The files have been copied from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.

Title 3 contains:

  • Manufacturer produced Pilot’s Manual for the Rockwell Sabreliner 75A, Report SR-73-21 dated 1-9-75 revised to 1-11-79 with approx. 309 pages.
  • Manufacturer produced colour brochure for the North American Rockwell Sabreliner 40 and 60, undated with approx. 16 pages.
