Titles: Avro Vulcan No’s 1 and 2

The Avro Vulcan was the second of the three British V-bombers to enter service, after the Vickers Valiant. It was designed around a large delta wing which offered excellent structural integrity plus great storage capacity within it’s deep-section. Due to the lack of aerodynamic data several one-third-scale research aircraft were built to provide data.

Two versions of the Vulcan were built, the initial B.1 and the later B.2 which featured an enlarged wing, elevons, APU, in-flight refuelling and the ability to launch the Blue Steel stand-off weapon.

We offer two titles for the fabulous delta-winged Avro Vulcan V-bomber, one covering the earlier B.1 and the second covering the B.2 version. The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages. Each title is US$9.95.
