BRISTOL F.2 FIGHTER

Title: Bristol F.2 Fighter

The Bristol Fighter was a WW1 British two-seat biplane which first flew in 1916 and was designed as a replacement for the BE.2 reconnaissance plane. The new Rolls-Royce Falcon V12 engine gave it the performance of a fighter, and it was also manoeuvrable and able to hold its own against contemporary single seat fighters.

Its robust deign and versatility saw it remain in military well into the 1930’s. It was in production for 10 years and more than 5,300 examples were produced, with a number surviving, some still airworthy.

This title contains good quality digital scans of two RAF descriptive and servicing handbooks for the Bristol Fighter, along with the Aircraft Profile for the Bristol Fighter. The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.
