DOUGLAS DC-4 (C-54)

$9.95

Titles: Douglas DC-4 (C-54) No’s 1 and 2

The original DC-4 was designed in conjunction with 5 airlines and first flew in 1938. This aircraft was considered too large and a scaled down model was evolved. Aircraft of this later model under construction were taken over by the US Army and designated C-54A, first flying in 1942. Large numbers of C-54’s were produced in several variants, many being converted to civil DC-4’s after the war. An additional 79 civil DC-4’s were produced after the war, the last in 1947.

We offer two titles containing flight manuals for civil and military variants of the DC-4 and C-54. Each title is US$9.95. The files have been copied from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.
