CURTISS C-46 COMMANDO

$9.95

Titles: Curtiss C-46 Commando No’s 1 and 2

The C-46 was first flown as the CW-20 airliner in 1940, and then ordered into volume production by the USAAF as the C-46. The C-46 was the largest and heaviest twin-engined aircraft to serve with the USAAF during WW2. Considerably larger than the more well-known C-47, the empty weight of the C-46 was more than the fully-loaded weight of the C-47. A total of 3,180 examples were manufactured during WW2 and they continued to serve with the USAF until the late 1960’s.

We offer two titles on the Curtis C-46 Commando, containing flight manuals for the CW-20 and most variants of the Curtiss C-46. Each title is US$9.95. The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.
