Title: De Havilland DH80 Puss Moth

The De Havilland DH80 was a two seat single-engined high-wing monoplane designed for the private market. The prototype first flew in 1929 but this had a wooden fuselage, which was replaced by a steel tube fuselage for the production aircraft. The aircraft featured folding wings to decrease hangar space and increase its appeal to week-end flyers.

The aircraft offered long range combined with good cabin comfort, and became the preferred mount for long distance pilots such as Bert Hinkler, Amy Johnson and Jim Mollison. It set a number of world records including the first east-west solo North Atlantic crossing, and the first solo South Atlantic crossing. A total of 284 were built at Hatfield and Stag Lane.

This title contains the manufacturers Instruction Manual for the DH80 Puss Moth plus a NACA descriptive Aircraft Circular. The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.
