Title: FMA IA-50 Guarani II

The IA-50 Guarani was an Argentine twin-turboprop utility aircraft which first flew in 1963. It was developed from the earlier IA-35 Huanquero military aircraft but retains only about 20% of the original structure. The Guarani I retained the Huanquero’s twin tail fins but only one example was built and the Guarani II had a re-designed rear fuselage with a single swept fin. 32 production examples were built.

The type was only used by the Argentine military and a few Argentine government departments. An attempt was made to achieve international sales and an example was flown to the 1965 Paris Air Show, becoming the first South American aircraft to cross the Atlantic ocean. The last example was retired from service in 2007 with 4 complete examples preserved and another 13 surviving in various conditions.

This title contains the pilot’s manual for the Guarani II along with the manufacturer’s specification and a colour brochure. The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.
