Title: LET L-40 Meta Sokol

The Meta Sokol was an all-metal Czechoslovakian low-wing monoplane which seated 4 persons and was notable for the use of a reverse tricycle undercarriage. This results in a near-horizontal fuselage attitude on the ground. The prototype first flew in 1956 and when production finished in 1959 around 106 examples had been built.

Around half of production was used in Czechoslovakia with the other half exported to 16 countries including Australia.

This title contains a pilot’s notes manual from an Australian commercial operator, along with the manufacturer’s technical manual and colour brochure. The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.
