Title: Tupolev TU-104

The Tupolev TU-104 was a twin-engined medium-range airliner which was the first Russian and the second word-wide jet airliner to enter service. It was developed from the TU-16 bomber and first flew in 1955, and entered revenue service in 1956. Around 201 were built between 1956 and 1960. It had only one export customer, Czechoslovakia.

The aircraft did not have a good safety record, being difficult to fly with a tendency to stall suddenly due to the highly swept and unsophisticated wing design. It was removed from civil Aeroflot service in 1979 after a fatal accident in Moscow, and finally removed from military service in 1981 after another fatal accident.

This title contains good quality digital scans of a flight manual for the Tupolev TU-104 along with two technical manuals and a publicity brochure. The files have been scanned from the original manuals and retain any colour pages. The files are supplied by download.
