Title:  Dornier Do17

The Dornier Do17 was designed in the early 1930’s and was one of the first bombers for the new German Luftwaffe. Known as the Fliegender Bleistift (“flying pencil”) it was designed as a fast light bomber intended to outrun enemy fighters.

Its effectiveness was curtailed by its limited bomb load and range and production ended in 1940 in favour of the Ju88, after just over 2,000 had been manufactured.

This title contains two Luftwaffe technical manuals, a manufacturer’s illustrated parts manual and a manufacturer’s specification for various models of the Dornier Do17, along with the Aircraft Profile publication for the Do17. The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.
