The Harbin Y12 is a twin-engined high wing turboprop utility aircraft similar in configuration to the Twin Otter, produced in China by the Harbin Aircraft Manufacturing Corp. It was developed from the earlier piston-engined Y11 aircraft and first flew in 1982. A version called the Y12 IV was certificated by the FAA in 1995.
